How bad is the situation within the Democrat-Socialist power structure of the Biden-Harris regime? Would you believe that it is so bad that the Biden White House seems to be in a panic about putting Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in the same room together? Reports are coming in that during a conference call with Democrat leaders it was suggested by Congressman Ro Khanna (D-CA) that the only way to reach a deal might be to have the two meet and compromise. However, Biden and many on the call seemed to agree that there was no way it would work…
According to The Western Journal,
Biden reportedly told the House Democrats on the call that “getting them together in the same room would almost be like ‘homicide.’”
Biden then quipped about getting into a boxing ring with Congressman, the call laughed. One could surmise that such a match would likewise result in a fatality
Manchin and his fellow ‘moderate’ Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) have been subject to severe scorn from their fellow Democrats due to their opposition toward the massive $3.5 Trillion leftist spending spree that Sanders has engineered on Biden’s behalf. Manchin called it, “fiscal insanity.” in a statement in late September.
“What I have made clear to the President and Democratic leaders is that spending trillions more on new and expanded government programs, when we can’t even pay for the essential social programs, like Social Security and Medicare, is the definition of fiscal insanity,” Manchin wrote.
Evidently, Sen. Sanders was not amused. He told the press regarding the public feud that “I can’t speak for Mr. Manchin. I’m not a psychologist,”
While White House begins Panic, Few Democrats Go On Record
CNN’s reporting has been replete with Democrat Senators speaking ‘anonymously’ to the far-left network. One such Senator reportedly telling them that frustration with Manchin and Sinema in the party is “Off the charts,”
They further wrote,
“Biden himself has sounded exasperated at both Manchin and Sinema, according to Democratic lawmakers who have spoken to him. The President told progressives this week that he has spent many hours with the two senators “and they don’t move,” two sources said. Biden even contended that Sinema didn’t always return calls from the White House, the sources added.”
Apparently, the White House has declined to comment on Biden’s “Private remarks”
“So my concern with Mr. Manchin is not so much what his views are — I disagree with them — but it is that it is wrong, is really not playing fair, that one or two people think that they should be able to stop what 48 members of the Democratic caucus want, what the American people want, what the President of the United States wants,” Sanders said. Manchin meanwhile downplayed the tensions, “We know each other,” Manchin told CNN when asked about his colleague’s criticism. “I don’t take anything personal.”
If the inevitable battle with the most powerful man in Washington, D.C. versus Biden & Bernie… our money is on Manchin.
