Yet another RINO has stepped back out of the shadows to help push a Democrat talking point. Following Liz Cheney‘s lead, Cindy McCain has sided with the left against her own party.
GOP voters overwhelmingly support Donald Trump, and that’s a fact. Apparently, that’s not okay with Cindy McCain. Politicians are supposed to represent their voters, but RINOs like McCain and Cheney apparently think that they are more important.
Invoking her dead husband, who was also a RINO, Cindy McCain discussed the current “disarray” within the GOP, following the left-wing talking point that Trump somehow destroyed the Republican Party. Of course, the only real disarray is that establishment Republicans have chosen to side with Democrats and attack their own party, while true conservatives stay the course. Proving this point, McCain attacked the GOP while speaking with far-left “comedian” Stephen Colbert.
“I feel deep in my heart that John would be very disappointed in what’s going on and the lack of courage on the part of so many of our senators and congressmen to stand up to what this is,” she told “Late Show” host Stephen Colbert.
“What we’re seeing is the demise of the party of Abraham Lincoln right now. I believe we can pull ourselves back, but this is going to be a long road,” McCain added.
“We have been compromised in so many different ways, and we’re no longer practicing what we used to be, and that was the party of inclusion, the party of decency and debate that was not personal. And we’re so far astray right now, it’s awful,” she continued.
Somehow, McCain has managed to overlook the historic gains among minority voters during the Trump presidency. Not only did the GOP gain minority voters, but Trump actually improved the lives of minorities in the U.S. during his time in office. Yet, McCain claims that we’re “no longer” the “party of inclusion.” In reality, RINOs like McCain just want power. With the rise of Donald Trump and true conservatives like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, RINOS are losing power, and they are so angry that they have decided to side with Democrats.
“It’s odd, now our party seems to be rewarding bad behavior and then trashing those who tell the truth and are honest about what’s actually going on,” McCain said. “We have lost our way. Our party is in such disarray right now.”
It’s hilarious that this RINO truly thinks she’s right, despite the fact that her entire party and voter base is against her. The fact that the mainstream media and so-called “comedians” like Stephen Colbert are propping her up should be a wake-up call, but it isn’t. Cindy McCain, Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, and other RINOs will just continue to push Democrat talking points while claiming they are Republicans. The only way to stop this is to push them out of the party entirely, but is that even possible?
