A new report from the Washington Examiner indicates that former President Donald Trump is holding secret “cabinet meetings” with his cabinet members at his golf club in New Jersey.
Many people see these meetings, which have been taking place at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, as an indication that Donald Trump has made his decision about running again in 2024.

According to Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, the team is working on “what comes next” regarding the 2022 and 2024 elections.
“We met with several of our Cabinet members tonight,” the former chief of staff said. “We actually had a follow-up member — meeting with some of our Cabinet members, and as we were looking at that. We were looking at what does come next. I’m not authorized to speak on behalf of the president, but I can tell you this, Steve: We wouldn’t be meeting tonight if we weren’t making plans to move forward in a real way, with President Trump at the head of that ticket.”
“I can’t stop thinking about this interview. The former chief of staff is talking as if there’s a shadow presidency going on (there isn’t) at a time when there’s a conspiracy theory that Trump will be reinstated (he won’t) and as Trump has urged some advisers to keep saying it,” said New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman.

At a time when Joe Biden‘s approval rating is tanking, and audits of the 2020 election are ongoing, a strategic plan for the 2022 midterms and 2024 presidential election is crucial. Having former President Trump help formulate this plan is also important, as he is one of the most popular figures on the right at the moment, and has the ability to unite the party in whatever plan the GOP comes up with.
