Amidst Congressional Democrat-Socialists’ unhinged, hysterical obsession with transforming the January 6th Capitol riot into the next 9/11 turned McCarthy witch hunt, one of their most valuable targets: Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) has prevailed against her persecutors. In an amazing win for American freedom, the complaint against Boebert from Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) has been dismissed after a committee vote to establish an investigation failed according to a June 11th letter the Congresswoman released.
In the letter, Rep. Boebert stated: “I would love to see how many taxpayer dollars Rep. Jayapal wasted on this ridiculous ethics complaint rehashing leftist media talking points and offering no real substance. She represents the worst of the entrenched swamp creatures who waste taxpayer money on partisan crusades and endless investigations. Luckily, the House Committee on Ethics saw through Rep. Jayapal’s posturing and dismissed her ethics complaint.”
The ethics committee ruled that “the motion failed, and an investigative subcommittee was not established. Because Committee Rule 16 provides for no specific further action, the Committee will not further review the complaint.”
What Was Boebert Accused Of?
Washington Democrat Jayapal complained to the ethics committee that Rep. Boebert “endangered fellow Members’ lives and pursued a disinformation campaign related to the election results that resulted in an armed uprising.” She cited such behavior by Ms. Boebert as tweeting “Today is 1776” on Jan. 6, prior to the rioting.” According to The Washington Times. Congresswoman Boebert has been targeted from the moment she took office by the left for many reasons, as we reported back in January and both still apply very much to today.
1.) She’s (still) calling them out for the social media purge.
Democrats have normalized violence and proved it to be an effective tool to advance an agenda.
They now have the control they’ve been pursuing and their first act is a social media purge.
Republicans have to end this attack on free speech. pic.twitter.com/nDh1XpNNXO

2.) She really made Speaker Pelosi very angry in her fiery objection on January 6th.
“Madame Speaker, I have constituents outside this building right now. I promised my voters to be their voice in this branch of government which I now serve. It is my separate but equal obligation to weigh in on this election and object. Are we not a government of, by and for the people? They know that this election is not right, and as their representative I am sent here to represent them, I will not allow the people to be ignored,” she said.
I love watching all the Republicans speaking but this one by @LaurenBoebert really hit hard. She just got there, so she's still one of us. Some people said she was yelling. We're ALL yelling! This isn't a time for a cute and quiet speech. pic.twitter.com/Ae8ER9v3EH

Twitter users point to this quote insinuating Boebert had some sort of knowledge of what was happening only minutes later. They’re pulling a classic post hoc ergo propter hoc lie: just because it follows doesn’t mean it is because coincidence is not causality. It’s really quite pathetic.
Congresswoman Boebert hasn’t stopped needling Pelosi for even a day since then, and her production values are impressive. Her call for Pelosi to “tear down this wall” and remove the riot fencing surrounding the capitol beautifully mirror the words of President Reagan and perfectly identified the Biden-Harris regime with the socialist authoritarians they seek to emulate.
