Mexico never cared about their citizens who illegally jumped the border to live in America. Now that President Donald Trump announced he’s going to deport them, they’re providing electronic “panic buttons.” Foreigners who don’t belong here come from practically every nation on the planet. Every one of them is going right back where they belong, real soon. Mexicans can rest assured that when ICE hauls them away in handcuffs, their loved ones will get a text message letting them know. The Mexican consulate will also automatically start any legal paperwork to oppose the deportation which might pertain.

Mexico has an app

Mexico assures their citizens living north of the border that “regardless of migratory status, the panic button for migrants in the U.S. will guarantee the closest consulate is informed of their potential deportation.” It’s only for Mexicans.

The other illegals will need to check with their respective governments for something similar.

On Friday, December 27, the Mexican government announced they’re crash testing a panic button cellphone app, “created in response to U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s warnings that he will carry out mass deportations upon taking office on January 20, 2025.

Mexico isn’t happy about having to take their citizens back.

According to Foreign Affairs Minister Juan Ramón de la Fuente, “the app will allow users to press a button that immediately sends a notification to previously selected relatives and the nearest Mexican consulate.

He urges Venezuelans and Haitians not to clog up the system because it’s only for fugitives from Mexico.

Small-scale testing

De la Fuente was happy to announce that “small-scale testing” has been going smooth. The app “appears to be working very well.” Every consulate in Mexico is standing by “to provide all necessary attention and protect that person’s rights.

U.S. Border Czar Tom Homan doesn’t mind the program at all. He’s not out to be inhumane as he deports illegals en masse.

Mexico is well aware that our authorities are “obliged to give notice to home-country consulates when a citizen is detained abroad.

This will simply expedite the paperwork and also provide reassuring notice to the deportee’s friends and family. It simply expands “the web of transparency.

The best part about the panic button app to prospective deportees is the way it allows users “to choose contacts they would want to notify in case of emergency and pre-load personalized messages to each recipient.

As ICE agents kick down the door, “a single click would send all the messages by text in seconds.” Mexico expects the app to be fully functional and available by January 6.
