Alejandro Mayorkas, Former DHS Deputy Secretary and Joe Biden’s pick for Homeland Security Secretary has made a horrible announcement that he will act in direct opposition to his appointed role. “President-elect Biden has committed to stop construction of the border wall. It would be my responsibility to execute on that commitment, and I have not looked at the question of what we do with respect to the wall that already has been built,” The man charged by his very role with the protection of the American Homeland will implement the disastrous policy of his appointer. This move would leave the wall incomplete along the Rio Grande tract and place the 452 miles already completed in possible jeopardy.
A Seriously Chilling Past… With You Guessed It: China.
This is the very same Alejandro Mayorkas who as Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas pointed out, “Was found by Barack Obama’s inspector general to be guilty of selling green cards to Chinese Nationals on behalf of rich Democratic donors. Think about that: Selling citizenship to well-connected Chinese nationals on behalf of Democratic party donors” Senator Cotton called it “disqualifying”…. in a post 2020 Election world where there remain serious unheard allegations of massive electoral fraud involving Chinese backed election system firms, this man being Biden’s pick to become Secretary of Homeland Security is nothing short of chilling.
Reminder: Alexandro Mayorkas, Biden's DHS nominee, intervened to give green cards to well-connected Chinese nationals on behalf of Democrat Party donors.
That is disqualifying. pic.twitter.com/Iv6sUfsP0V

No Comment on the Incoming Caravan
Mayorkas was questioned repeatedly regarding the incoming caravan of approximately 8,000 Central and South American illegal immigrants. According to the Post, “He declined to say they will be turned away, saying it would depend on whether they were eligible for asylum.” This would set an incredibly troubling precedent and precipitate a humanitarian crisis sown by Biden. “One migrant explained that the 8,000 people are coming because Biden is ‘going to help all of us.’ and he is ‘giving us 100 days to get to the U.S.’ referring to Joe Biden’s catastrophic “100-day Moratorium” on deportation which has already been challenged by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, winning a 14 day injunction.
VICTORY.
Texas is the FIRST state in the nation to bring a lawsuit against the Biden Admin.
AND WE WON.
Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze.
*This* was a seditious left-wing insurrection. And my team and I stopped it.

Sen. Hawley Announces Delaying Action on Biden Pick
In response to Mayorkas’ answer which outright contradicts the very purpose of the office he aspires to, Senator Josh Hawley has stated that he will stall a confirmation vote on Biden’s pick. The New York Post reports, “Hawley said in a press release he will place a “hold” on the nomination, meaning it’s unlikely Mayorkas will be in office during Biden’s first days as president.”
“Mr. Mayorkas has not adequately explained how he will enforce federal law and secure the southern border given President-elect Biden’s promise to roll back major enforcement and security measures,” Hawley said. “Just today, he declined to say he would enforce the laws Congress has already passed to secure the border wall system. Given this, I cannot consent to skip the standard vetting process and fast-track this nomination when so many questions remain unanswered.”
Ultimately the Senate Majority Leader has the decision to honor a Senator’s hold request and for how long, however, to violate this traditional courtesy of the Senate would would be a serious deviation from precedent. With the Senate evenly split, Democratic Senator from New York Chuck Schumer is expected to be named Senate Majority Leader as Kamala Harris has assumed the Vice-Presidency she would cast the tie-breaking vote in her capacity as Senate President.
