State Supreme Court Just Gave Trump an Open Door to Victory

President Trump has been battling against mass election fraud in many battleground states. Now, the Arizona Supreme Court has given the Trump team a chance for victory.

AZ Supreme Court Opens Door

The Arizona Supreme Court will now allow the GOP Election Integrity Challenge to be heard. Before this, a lower court judge dismissed the claims that there was proof that President Trump won the election.

Well, seeing as Maricopa County has 28,000 duplicate votes there is plenty of evidence that Trump could take the lead over Biden who leads by only 11,000 votes.

Republicans asked for access to examine the voting machines which possibly switched Trump votes to Biden. However, in Antrim County in Michigan, Trump’s team has permission to check out the voting machines.

Corrupt Voting Machines Stole the Election

David Harris Jr. reported on this:

“Machines in that county switched 3000 Trump votes to Joe Biden. As more machines are found to be either ineffective or intentionally tampered with, the more machines they will likely be able to test. But, the clock is ticking. The vote for the electoral college is December 14th.”

Arizona is vitally important and if President Trump can flip the state, it will hopefully give him enough momentum to overturn other states.

High Court Upholds Justice… For Now

From Breitbart News:

The state’s high court on Monday agreed to review the challenge following a lower court’s decision to toss the case. The Arizona GOP chairwoman filed an appeal following Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Steven Warner dismissing the case, ruling that the plaintiff “has not proven that the Biden/Harris ticket did not receive the highest number of votes.”

“The Court finds no misconduct, no fraud, and no effect on the outcome of the election,” Warner concluded.

In a Monday update, Ward affirmed that she filed an appeal, which “will go before the Supreme Court.”

“We’re filing those papers today, so hopefully we’re going to see some more action there because we are asking to look at the 28,000 duplicated ballots that are in Maricopa County alone, as well as all of the digitally adjudicated ballots,” she explained, adding there were “100,000 ballots that could be affected” statewide.
