A cozy pair of former feds, involved in both a love affair and heavy Deep State deception, just scored a huge bonus from the Biden regime for their efforts. Peter Strzok and Lisa Page should be in prison for the Crossfire Hurricane operation they engineered against Donald Trump as an “insurance policy” to keep him out of the White House but they aren’t. They sued for invasion of privacy and Merrick Garland didn’t even try to defend it. He simply smiled and pulled out the checkbook.
Disgraced feds reach settlement
Former feds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page may be disgraced but they’re laughing all the way to the bank. It seems that when their private text messages were made public, nasty things happened to their marital relationships.
Their spouses really didn’t like seeing their adulterous love notes on the news. Merrick Garland and the Just Us Department found a way to reward them without it looking suspicious.
All he needed to do was settle a lawsuit. Whether the former feds had a legal leg to stand on doesn’t matter. Garland never had any intention of trying to defend it.

They use that technique all the time to get regulations through regulatory agencies that would never actually be approved if they went through normal channels.
For making their conspiratorial communications public, the DOJ is paying Strzok $1.2 million. Page, who was the DOJ lawyer assigned to FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, will get $800,000.
The former feds got their good news Friday, July 26. That’s when the judge approved the settlement in court. Now, it’s party time.

Vindicated by the result
Even though this suit has nothing at all to do with the weaponization of the Justice Department against a political candidate, this victory clears their name with the public. “I have been vindicated by this result,” Page declares.
She hopes that government institutions get the message not to mess with agents of the Deep State. The Feds need to have total freedom to manipulate election outcomes or the whole system breaks down.
Strzok got a larger bonus because he was one of the feds running Robert Mueller’s witch hunt into Russian collusion.

There wasn’t any collusion at all between Donald Trump and the Russians. Hillary Clinton was the one in bed with the Kremlin. That didn’t stop the grand inquisitor from trying to manufacture some.
Strzok’s attorney Aitan Goelman calls it a good day for all feds. “As important as it is for him, it also vindicates the privacy interests of all government employees.”
Strzok still has a few claims outstanding, there’s no doubt they will be settled, the only question is for how much. “We will continue to litigate Pete’s constitutional claims.” Whether they’re legitimate or not.
