Shop NowI think it is safe to say that FBI Director Wray probably wished he stayed home this week instead of heading to the Hill for a grilling.
Wray was in the hot seat for several issues.
Most notably, this was the lack of interest in investigating the Biden family and FISA warrant abuse.
Time for the Truth
Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Matt Gaetz (R-FL) offered up a one-two punch that knocked Wray for a loop.
In a recent court decision, the FBI was accused of misleading information.
Jordan told Wray, “When the court said the FBI misled, that’s a nice way of saying they lied.”
That was nothing compared to the grilling he took from Gaetz, however.
In addition to getting Wray to go nuclear about protecting the Bidens, Gaetz called out Wray for the abuse of FISA warrants under his watch.
Here is that exchange…
Over ONE MILLION FISA queries were conducted ILLEGALLY under FBI Director Wray’s watch. No one has been held responsible or accountable.
President Trump was handed a 37-count indictment over a paperwork dispute.

So, just to be clear, since we have the AG on tape giving a 30 percent estimate of 3.4 million warrants, and we now have Wray discounting that, did he not just lie under oath to Congress?
Last time I checked, that is a crime.
So, when are we going to see Wray brought to justice?
