The top man at the FEC made a massive announcement on Tuesday. Trey Trainor is siding with President Donald Trump to say he believes the claim of widespread election fraud. No matter what the state courts have been saying, this vote was rigged in favor of Joe Biden.
FEC Boss thinks fraud was widespread
Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainor tweeted out on Tuesday that he agrees that the claims brought up by Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell of massive and widespread election fraud have merit and should be closely investigated. “They can stick a thumb drive in the machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet.” It’s not reassuring that voting machines can be tapped “from Germany or Venezuela even.”
The FEC boss adds, election rigging software “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time.” That isn’t good. Criminal vote burglars can “remote access anything.”
The FEC has “identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning.” The one which “allegedly switched votes to Biden.” Presidential attorney Sidney Powell is a former federal prosecutor and her recent claims that “the president’s legal team has been receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and other irregularities” caught the attention of the federal regulators.
Having practiced law for almost 2 decades as a member of the State Bar of Texas, I’ve never known fellow TX lawyer @SidneyPowell1 to be anything but forthright and honest in every case she’s ever taken on. If she says there is rampant voter fraud in #Election2020, I believe her.

Powell told the media that “she has enough proof to launch a widespread criminal investigation and “we’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states.” She hasn’t given Democrats a clue what she has so they don’t start spinning the narrative but she insists that “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.” The FEC are taking her hints seriously.
Trainor says ‘I believe her’
In his social media post, the FEC chair tapped out that from what he knows of Ms. Powell, she’s been “forthright and honest in every case she’s ever taken on.
If she says there is rampant voter fraud in #Election2020, I believe her.” Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski says that “he, too, believes Powell’s claim of having evidence of systemic election fraud.”
The FEC bigwig was firm in a video. One analyst observes, “Trainor has gone on record with a bombshell announcement, following investigations into the election ballot count in Pennsylvania.” Sidney Powell isn’t the only one who has been collecting evidence. “Based on the info gathered from PA and elsewhere in the country, this presidential election is illegitimate.”
The Chairman of the @FEC, Trey Trainor @txelectionlaw, has come out on record saying he believes there's voter #fraud in places like Pennsylvania. He cited claims that observers were blocked from counting rooms which he says is against the law, making the election “illegitimate.” pic.twitter.com/inofkWOCdr

His job as chairman of the FEC makes him “the highest-ranking election official in the United States.” It means a lot when he “confirmed” in “his professional opinion” that “there has not been transparency in the election.” Worse, evidence produced already has led him to the conclusion that “this election is illegitimate.” Not only that, “there is voter fraud taking place in these places. There is no legitimate reason at all for observers to be denied access to the ballot counting.” Even though the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled they observers were not entitled to be within a certain distance of the counters, ballot watchers “have not been allowed into the polling locations in a meaningful way.”
