Kamala Harris is clearly in panic meltdown mode. The most favorable polls touted by friendly network media have the race at an even tie. That means Trump’s ahead and pulling further in front by the minute. Even Bill Clinton stabbed her in the back. Harris was desperate enough for airtime that she dared appear in the Fox studios. While they aren’t nearly as “fair and balanced” as they used to be, Bret Baier gave her an honest grilling. All she could come up with were canned, fluffy, cotton-candy talking points. After the broadcast, the consensus came in. She’s toast.
Kamala goes Krazy
The way New York Post tells the tale, “Kamala Harris angrily dodged questions on border policy, Iran and President Biden’s fitness for office.” The interview on Wednesday, October 16, was “contentious.”
The heated arguments and controversy began with the first question, which she never answered. Then it devolved into Harris struggling with Bret Baier out of jealousy for Trump’s successes. Followed by discord over Bill Clinton throwing her to the alligators, in Georgia.
Bair opened the interview like a lion opening an antelope. It only took 26 minutes for what’s left of Kamala Harris to go down in flames, politically. Baier lit the fuse by kicking off the show “with a tense grilling” on immigration. Starting with whether or not she thought “terminating former President Donald Trump’s ‘Remain in Mexico‘ policy was a mistake.”
It’s back in place right now and Joe made that happen. All she could do was start spewing out the programmed recording. The unicorns will be out farting magic pixie dust to make everything perfect on the day she’s elected, she started to promise. That’s when Baier chopped her off and demanded real answers.
Before you go off on the canned script of what you’re going to do, Baier nudged Kamala, first you have to explain why you haven’t done it already. She ignored that one and kept moving with her pre-programmed infomercial script. The Fox host relentlessly pointed out the current administration has “more permissive policies, which allow many illegal border-crossers to await asylum rulings inside the U.S.”
Then, casually inquired “how many migrants had been allowed into the U.S. after crossing illegally.” Way too many more than she’s willing to admit. She refused to name a number so he threw one on the table. “It’s a rough estimate of six million people released into the country.” She wouldn’t deny it.
Pathway to citizenship
Kamala instantly “began to deploy standard campaign-trail talking points.” Baier stopped her like he had razor wire to tell viewers what she was suggesting was “essentially a pathway to citizenship” for illegal immigrants already in the country.
“May I finish responding, please? But you have to let me finish, please,” Harris snapped testily. That tactic has worn thin.
“You had the White House and the House and the Senate and they didn’t bring up that bill,” Baier continued. Remember? The one which “would have allowed 1.8 million asylum-seekers who illegally crossed the border into the country each year?” The one “that six Senate Democrats voted against?” Yeah, that one. That’s when Bill Clinton came up. “Jocelyn Nungaray, Rachel Morin, Laken Riley, they are young women who were brutally assaulted and killed.”
That was done “by some of the men who were released at the beginning of the administration, well before a negotiated bipartisan bill,” Baier interrogated. He wasn’t sure Kamala had heard the news. “Former President Clinton actually referred to Laken Riley Sunday campaigning for you in Georgia, saying if those men had been properly vetted, Laken Riley probably would not have been killed.” Ouch! That question was sharply pointed and had barbed edges, too. He twisted it.
“This is a specific policy decision by your administration to release these men into the country. So what I’m saying to you, do you owe those families really an apology?” Like that would ever happen. Kamala quickly deflected it away from her failure with some warm, fuzzy fluff. “I can’t imagine the pain that the families of those victims have experienced for a loss that should not have occurred.” She has no explanation for allowing it to happen. “I feel awful for what she and her family have experienced.” She won’t apologize and she’d do it again.
The Mid East was another hot-button issue. “Harris would not say if sanctions enforcement should be tightened on Iran’s oil or when she noticed President Biden’s cognitive decline.” Her handlers are friendly with Iran and Joe’s only a puppet anyway. She is too, but female and allegedly black. Kamala can’t think of any better reason to run our country.
