Former Vice President, now Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was formally indicted on a Class A Felony in Ukraine.
When he was Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden openly bragged about threatening the Ukrainian president that he would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, which would send Ukraine into insolvency, if it did not immediately fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma Holdings.
Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma.
“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden said in a Council of Foreign Relations gathering.
According to many on the right, this was a classic case of Quid Pro Quo – If you want this then give me that. The Gateway Pundit reported: “Biden used this strategy to end the investigation into the company that his son was on the Board of, and forcing the Ukraine to act accordingly in a time of duress.”

A week ago, NBC News reported that the recent Ukrainian investigation into Joe Biden had closed, stating: “Ukrainian authorities have closed a criminal probe into Joe Biden, who was accused of improperly forcing the ouster of the country’s prosecutor general in 2016, a police spokesperson said. The investigation was launched in February after the ousted prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, appealed to a court.”
Ukrainian law allows anyone to go to court and request an investigation if the State Investigative Bureau declines to open one on its own. According to Vitaly Shabunin, the co-founder of Kyiv-based watchdog group The Anti-Corruption Action Center, Ukrainian courts overwhelmingly order law enforcement to launch criminal cases even in the absence of evidence.
