Police have an arrest warrant out for the green Power Ranger. Actor Hector David Jr. apparently takes his fictional role way too seriously. He went full ninja on an elderly man with a walker in a dispute over a parking space.

Police on the lookout

Police in Nampa, Idaho, are on the lookout for Hector David Jr., the actor who “played the Green Samurai Ranger in ‘Power Rangers‘ shows and movies.

He won’t be at this year’s Magic Valley Comic-Con because he’s laying low. Cops in Twin Falls are searching for him as well.

According to the police report, Mr. David “pushed an elderly man to the ground after they exchanged words about a parking issue.

After that, he drove off in a snit, leaving his victim lying on the pavement. Cops had no idea who he was so they “posted a photo and video of the incident on Facebook.

It didn’t take long for the tips to start rolling in.

Our community identified him, and we have since learned that he is an actor who played the Green Power Ranger – Hector David Rivera, 35, of Nampa, Idaho, aka Hector David Jr.,” the Nampa Police Department confirms.

A series of shows and movies

It seems that the suspect’s career as an actor peaked about a decade ago. After rising to fame and modest fortune as a starring character in the Power Ranger series of shows and movies from 2011-2015. Nobody has seen him on video between then and now.

This isn’t the best way to make an onscreen come-back. He’s been in hiding from both the police and the public since the incident.

He’ll surface somewhere, sooner or later, and when he does, the fictional green ninja will face real world consequences. Avoiding them only makes it worse.

Police went around looking for him without any luck. They have him down for misdemeanor battery which isn’t that bad. Evading arrest is.

Fans are disappointed because David is a regular at the annual Magic Valley Comic-Con, held in Twin Falls, Idaho. Organizers were sad to announce that “the actor would no longer be making an appearance at the event over the weekend where he had previously been billed.

They didn’t have any control over his decision to pummel an elderly man to the pavement. Or his decision to evade the police over it. He could have turned himself in, accepted an appearance ticket and been on stage making some restitution money. This on-screen warrior is really just another wuss in a costume.
