As day Seven of the George Floyd trial moves forward a prominent Black Lives Matter activist and professional model signed with IMG Worldwide with nearly half a million followers on TikTok, Maya Echols wants to make certain that the whole world knows that cities will burn if they don’t get the sentence they want for Derek Chauvin.
“All Hell Is Gonna Break Loose” In Cities, “Don’t Be Surprised”
Echols said in a tictoc video,
“If George Floyd’s murderer is not sentenced, just know that all hell is gonna break loose. Don’t be surprised when buildings are on fire. Just saying,”
Echols comments prove indefatigably that this farce was never about “Justice” for George Floyd, in spite of a damning toxicology report and witness testimony that he was obviously in a state of extreme impairment at the time of his arrest. Plus the initial medical examiner’s report detailing that his death was not due to mechanical asphyxiation. Nope, none of that matters. Black Lives Matter want revenge, plain and simple.
“Justice” apparently now means people riot in the street if they don’t get the conviction that they want…😳 pic.twitter.com/yeZ62Y6fWN

That’s right: If Black Lives Matter doesn’t get their pound of flesh, cities will burn once again. They want former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin DEAD. Chauvin is charged with second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter and the trial could end in a conviction for any combination of the three.
Expert Assessment: Chauvin Was Over-Charged- Murder Conviction ‘Unlikely’
James A. Gagliano, a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent and doctoral candidate at St. John’s University. wrote for the New York Post that a murder conviction was “unlikely” saying,
“The prosecutorial burden of proof in a murder case is an impossibly high threshold when saddled with the autopsy report’s listed contributory factors in Floyd’s death.
Proving an applicable second-degree murder charge in Minnesota requires an intent to cause death; impossible to prove in this case. The definition of third-degree murder is murkier and plagued with conflicting interpretations.
However, a person may be charged with second-degree manslaughter if they “knowingly or consciously take a risk (like kneeling on someone’s neck) that results in the death of a person.” Chauvin’s conduct was manslaughter; culpable negligence. For those viewing as injustice anything less than a murder conviction, forewarned is forearmed.”
The Daily Wire explained, “Since he has no criminal history, Chauvin is likely looking at “serving about 12 1/2 years whether he is convicted of second or third-degree murder,” according to The Associated Press. The manslaughter charge, which has the lowest burden of proof, would bring a maximum of 10 years in prison.” In other words, even if Chauvin is convicted of all charges and given the harshest sentence under the law, it is doubtful many in the BLM mob will consider the punishment “enough”. If Chauvin is acquitted in entirety, a less likely, but still possible scenario… a nightmare ensues.
Gagliano concluded by predicting a conviction on second degree-manslaughter, but an acquittal on all murder charges. If both Gagliano and Echols are correct, many businesses, homes and lives could be lost as the Black Lives Matter movement convulses in a destructive rage that scorches across American cities.
