Shop NowOne self-absorbed anti-gun Hollywood actress decided to spread blatant misinformation about the Rittenhouse case after the not guilty verdict, completely ignoring that everything she said had been disproven during the trial, even by the state’s own witnesses.
Reese Witherspoon received some serious backlash on Twitter after sending out a series of tweets containing false information and overdramatic statements.
“Woke up this morning thinking about every mother/father/sister/brother/friend who has lost someone to senseless gun violence in America. And then ..there was no justice for their pain. This is a disgrace,” she wrote in her first tweet.
“No one should be able to purchase a semi-automatic weapon, cross state lines and kill 2 people and go free. In what world is this safe … for any of us?” her second tweet read.

Of course, everyone who paid attention for even one second knows that Kyle did not purchase the gun, it was borrowed from a friend, and he was lawfully allowed to carry it. He also did not cross state lines with the gun, his friend lived in Kenosha and the gun stayed in Kenosha.
If Witherspoon had actually watched any of the videos that were taken that night, or watched the trial, she would have seen that Kyle was being attacked, and lawfully defended himself. What she should be complaining about in regards to safety is the violent mob of BLM and ANTIFA rioters that were destroying Kenosha that night.
Dana Loesch, author, radio host, and former spokesperson for the National Rifle Association (NRA), called the anti-gun actress out for her lies, writing: “Did Legally Blonde here not at all watch the trial before ranting about it? He didn’t go to Kenosha, where his family lives and he works, armed and the only people killed were those who attacked and tried to kill him, which is why he was acquitted.”

These Hollywood elitists obviously don’t care about the facts.
