They are out of touch with the everyday struggles of the American people.
And now Maxine Waters is adding insult to injury by telling homeless people in her district “to go home”.
Maxine Water made a visit to South Los Angeles where hundreds of homeless people had gathered hoping for Section 8 housing vouchers after being misled by social media rumors.
Instead of helping them out, she told them not to try and put together such an event again.
She reportedly scolded the crowd of people, even getting personally offended when one homeless person suggested she wasn’t doing enough and berating them for “daring” to question her work ethic.
This is especially egregious considering that Maxine Waters has done very little to help those in poverty within her district since taking office.
This coldhearted attitude shows just how little regard liberal elites have for those living in poverty or homelessness; instead of offering help they choose instead to lash out at those who need it most.

This whole situation reflects poorly on our current state of affairs.
It shows how deeply entrenched these elitists are in their own luxurious lifestyle and sense of superiority over everyone else – that they would rather scold desperate individuals than actually do something about their plight.
We need leaders who will work with compassion and empathy towards all citizens, not disdainful elites who only care for themselves.
