A few civilians probably got hit but nowhere near the numbers being thrown around by Al Jazeera. What everyone should be outraged about is the treacherous leak of Israel’s retaliation plan to Iran. The documents could only come from someplace high up in U.S. Intelligence. That leak comes on the heels of another highly damaging disclosure. Details from a phone call between Benjamin Netanyahu and Joe Biden could have escaped directly from the White House. If Joe did it and calls it part of his “official duties,” he can get away with it. Anyone else is going to prison or worse.
Israel denies massacre
The media is lying, Israel insists. Their military hit a “terror target using precision munitions.” Various numbers of dead have been reported, some higher and lower, but Al Jazeera says 73. All of them are totally exaggerated.
There was indeed an “Israeli airstrike in the northern Gaza city of Beit Lahiya on Saturday night.” It was effective and it was also “surgical.” They didn’t kill any more civilians than they had to.
Hamas is feeling surrounded, because they are. The noose is tightening around them and they’ll soon be totally eliminated. As far as the late night excitement, “the numbers published by the Gaza information office — which acts as a communications arm of Hamas — are exaggerated.”
The official statement issued by Israel asserts the numbers reported “do not line up with the information available to the IDF, the precision munitions used, and the precise damage done to a terror target, of the Hamas terror organization.”
Israel implores the media to report responsibly and “be careful with the information published by Hamas officials.” What they print could cost lives. This, they remind, “is an active combat zone.”
They really don’t like killing civilians, despite numerous claims to the contrary. “The IDF operates in a precise and targeted manner and does everything it can to avoid attacking uninvolved civilians.”
73 more martyrs
Israeli officials aren’t saying much other than that. No information is available on who the target was and whether it was successful. The lies coming from radical Arab sources referred to claims that “civil defense crews recovered 73 martyrs and a large number of wounded as a result of the Israeli air force targeting a residential area.”
Allah needs to come up with a whole lot of virgins on short notice. Meanwhile, Israel promises to keep the martyrs coming while they continue “to operate in northern, central and southern parts of Gaza.” They’re tearing up Lebanon, too.
“The troops eliminated dozens of terrorists during close-quarter encounters on the ground and aerial strikes” across Gaza. Calling them “Palestinians” doesn’t make them civilians.
The official Palestinian Authority news agency claimed Israeli strikes Sunday killed seven people, including a child, in Beit Lahiya. Two more were reported dead from Gaza City and four from near Rafah. That’s a whole lot less than 73 Israel is being blamed for.
One of the reasons that more civilians than necessary get blasted by Israel is because Hamas uses them as human shields. The presence of schools and hospitals is supposed to make targets off limits.
The IDF isn’t falling for the terrorist trick of hiding their headquarters bunkers under day care centers. Israel can’t help it that all the rockets and explosives are stored in and under “homes, hospitals, schools, and mosques.“
