Shop NowDonald Trump joined family members of service members killed in Kabul at Arlington National Cemetery. He marked the three-year anniversary of the Abbey Gate bombing by participating in a wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Meanwhile, Joe Biden was eating ice cream on the beach. Separately, Kamala Harris was missing in action. That didn’t stop her from justifying Joe’s totally botched bug-out from Afghanistan in a statement. She called the Saigon-like screw-up “the courageous and right decision to end America’s longest war.” Despite the logistical nightmare and mayhem of the way Antony Blinken mismanaged the withdrawal.
Kabul bombing chaos
Three years ago, a bomb went off at the Abbey Gate entrance to the airport in Kabul. American forces were in the process of abandoning everything we had in Afghanistan, including a whole bunch of valuable military equipment.
Despite promises to local citizens who helped U.S. forces to relocate, they were abandoned with the planes and helicopters to soon become property of the Taliban.
On Monday, August 26, once and future President Donald Trump visited Arlington National Cemetery. A ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier marked “the three-year anniversary of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.”

Also attending were “family members of some of the 13 U.S. service members who were killed in a bombing at Abbey Gate during the withdrawal.” They don’t appreciate what Kamala had to say about what happened in Kabul.
As part of the ceremony, Trump “descended the steps alongside family members to lay a wreath, listened to taps, then returned to the top of the steps and repeated the process twice more for others being honored.”
He and his campaign “have repeatedly attacked” Joe and Blinky over the way they allowed the situation in Kabul to deteriorate into total chaos.

Gross Incompetence
After the solemn event, Trump had a few more choice words for social media. The Kabul bombing was only one failure of many. “This is the third anniversary of the BOTCHED Afghanistan withdrawal, the most EMBARRASSING moment in the history of our Country,” he tapped out on Truth Social.
“Gross Incompetence – 13 DEAD American soldiers, hundreds of people wounded and dead, AMERICANS and BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF MILITARY EQUIPMENT LEFT BEHIND.”
There were Afghani citizens falling from the wheel wells of aircraft because they were so desperate for a flight out of Kabul. “You don’t take our soldiers out first, you take them out LAST, when all else is successfully done.”

It looked like Saigon all over again. Don’t say that anywhere near Tony Blinken, though. He’s rumored to throw things at anyone who dares mention the word. Since that botched withdrawal, “Russia then invaded Ukraine, Israel was attacked, and the USA became, and is, a laughing stock all over the world.”
The family members didn’t have anything nice to say about Joe Biden. They “criticized Biden and said Trump had shown more sympathy for their loss.”
House Speaker Mike Johnson announced separately that Congress will award those killed in the Kabul bombing the Congressional Gold Medal.
