Her departure announcement comes on the heels of her 15-year-old daughter’s public slander of her and President Trump.

Conway cited her reasoning for leaving was that she wants to spend more time with her family.
“This is completely my choice and my voice,” Conway said in a statement. “In time, I will announce future plans. For now, and for my beloved children, it will be less drama, more mama.”
She is the mother of four children, both tweens and teens. Serving as one of Trump’s longest-serving senior advisors, she has been his campaign manager since 2016.
President Trump Supports Decision
According to NBC News, an administration official told the network that Conway told Trump her decision in the Oval Office on Sunday evening. The same official relayed that the president was in support of her choice to do so.
Her husband, George Conway has been a staunch anti-Trump figure and is also leaving his position at The Lincoln Project. The project is run by a group of RINO Republicans who stand against Trump and try to stop his administration.
He posted on Twitter: “So I’m withdrawing from @ProjectLincoln to devote more time to family matters. And I’ll be taking a Twitter hiatus. Needless to say, I continue to support the Lincoln Project and its mission. Passionately.”

With such opposing views, the couple has made headlines more than once.
“We disagree about plenty but we are united on what matters most: the kids … As millions of parents nationwide know, kids ‘doing school from home’ requires a level of attention and vigilance that is as unusual as these times,” Kellyanne Conway said in her statement.
Drama in the Conway’s House
Many are speculating that the Conway’s decisions stem from their 15-year-old daughter, Claudia, who said she is seeking emancipation.
“I’m officially pushing for emancipation. Buckle up because this is probably going to be public one way or another, unfortunately. Welcome to my life,” Claudia Conway tweeted Saturday night.
