Shop NowDemocratic presidential nominee Joe Biden may have accidentally said the quiet part out loud. Introducing himself at the beginning of a speech, Biden said what everyone else has been thinking: that he isn’t the real candidate for president, Kamala Harris is. His comment seemed to be intentional, not one of his usual gaffes.
During a campaign speech in Georgia, Biden gave his usual starting statement, introducing himself as “Jill Biden’s husband,” but this time he added something new.
“My name is Joe Biden, I’m Jill Biden’s husband, and I’m Kamala’s running mate. Y’all think I’m kidding, don’t you?” he told the crowd at the drive-in rally.
Joe Biden confirms what we all knew:

Joe Biden finally came out of his basement to make some campaign stops in Georgia a week ahead of the election. At the stop in Atlanta, cars were parked around the stage near the Cellairis Amphitheatre where rap artists Offset and Common played before Biden took the stage.
“There aren’t a lot of pundits who would have guessed four years ago that the Democratic candidate for president in 2020 would be campaigning in Georgia on the final week of the election or that we would have such competitive Senate races in Georgia, but we do,” he said during his speech.
“Something’s happening here in Georgia and across America. People of different races, backgrounds, Democrats, Republicans, independents, they’re coming together to transcend the old divides,” he added, referring to fact that Georgia has not gone to a Democratic presidential candidate since 1992.
Biden’s comment about being Harris’ running mate may have brought cheers from his rally crowd, but many saw it as confirmation that radical leftists like Kamala Harris are using the former vice president with more than four decades in politics as a “vessel” to get the White House.
Other Mentions of Harris Being at the Top of the Ticket
While speaking with veterans in Tampa, Florida in September, Joe Biden mentioned a “Harris-Biden administration.”
The statement by Biden came just hours after Kamala Harris slipped up too, referring to a Harris administration instead of a Biden-Harris administration:
