The American people seriously need to question the motives of the Food and Drug Administration under the Biden-Harris Regime. Are they are yet another agency of the Federal Government that has successfully been co-opted by Democrat-Socialists? Or are they (like so many Federal Agencies) descending into incompetence that borders on the criminally negligent? Consider this: the FDA is allowing the Baltimore factory of Emergent BioSolutions to restart production of the COVID-19 vaccine after the factory was shut down in April amidst a damaging scandal. What did the FDA’s inspectors find?
A History of Dangerous Manufacturing Practices and Possible Corruption
Emergent BioSolutions lost almost half of its’ value after disclosing to the public that it fouled as many as 15 Million doses of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID19 vaccine which was being prepared at the Baltimore plant, prompting its closure. Interestingly the CEO unloaded about $11 Million of stock beforehand, some 97,849 shares reportedly.
But as reported by DeepState Rabbit Hole, this was NOT the first extremely disturbing incident at the Baltimore plant.
“Before that, there was another incident in April where according to The Washington Post,
“MONTHS EARLIER, IN APRIL 2020, A FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION INSPECTOR DISCOVERED VIOLATIONS AT THE BALTIMORE SITE, INCLUDING INADEQUATE TRAINING AND A FAILURE TO FOLLOW TESTING PROCEDURES, THE POST RECENTLY REPORTED.”
Even earlier in July 2020, the Post reported that Emergent lost $19 million in Arbitration for damages due to study participants for an experimental ricin-based vaccine receiving doses that were “outside of specification”.”

What Makes The FDA’s Leadership Think We Can Trust Emergent?
The Times Herald reported,
“Since April, FDA inspectors have combed the factory and reviewed security camera footage to identify lapses in handling material inside the factory and worked with Gaithersburg, Maryland-based Emergent to resolve a host of problems, including unsanitary conditions and poorly trained workers.
The agency also has been reviewing data on months’ worth of vaccine substance made in the factory and has allowed several large batches of vaccine doses made from it to be released for distribution.”
So… that’s a … good…thing?
Why should we trust a company that is mired in both FDA and potential SEC violations? A company whose CEO could be looking at legal action from their investors? Investors who allege that the company “pumped up its stock price by making unrealistic claims about their ability to manufacture COVID19 vaccines while deliberately omitting the serious issues at the Baltimore, MD “Bayview” site”. Why in the world would the FDA trust these folks with something as “critical” as COVID19 vaccine production? It’s almost like ensuring they can meet their distribution numbers is more important than the affects the vaccine could have on the people taking it…
