Hot New Poll Shows a Biden Defeat

The past few months, the bias establishment media has been circulating polls declaring Joe Biden having a substantial lead over Donald Trump. Even though Biden has been hiding away due to supposed safety reasons because of the coronavirus and doing minimal campaigning, the media is still reporting his “probable” win in the November presidential election.

Poll Shows Trump’s Gain and Biden’s Slip

However, a new poll done through the Democracy Institute has Democrats shaking in their boots because it reveals the silent majority is gaining speed.

A new poll released this weekend shows President Donald Trump, the incumbent GOP president, has taken a national and battleground states lead over his Democrat challenger presumptive nominee former Vice President Joe Biden.

The survey, from the Democracy Institute commissioned by the Sunday Express newspaper, shows Trump leading Biden 48 percent to 46 percent. What’s more, Trump has opened up a bigger lead according to this poll in the crucial battleground states, meaning the president by this pollster’s estimates currently is projected to win 309 electoral votes—more than he did in 2016,” GOP Daily Brief reports.

Battleground States Look to Be in the Right’s Pocket

“Crucially, President Trump has a lead of 48 percent to 43 percent in the swing states Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin which would put him back in the White House with an electoral college tally of 309 to Biden’s 229,” David Maddox, the political editor for the Sunday Express, wrote the survey his newspaper conducted.

The poll shows Trump’s lead in battleground states that speaks to Biden’s presumable doom if the results are accurate.

“The polling suggests Mr. Trump is emerging as the race leader because of a belief he is best in handling the economy,” Maddox wrote. “With a third of voters putting the economy as the top election issue and 66 percent thinking that the economy is bouncing back after coronavirus, voters believe that Trump is better for the economy by 57 percent to 43 percent.”

However, the pollster predicts that in regards to the electoral college, Trump will get Minnesota and New Hampshire, but Biden will secure Wisconsin.

The director of Democracy Institute, Patrick Basham, said that he believes the survey data shows that Biden’s campaign might have “reached its high watermark.”

“Although Biden remains in a competitive race with Donald Trump, and may well do so until election day, his support isn’t growing,” Basham said. “And, tellingly, almost all of the issues that matter most to voters are trending in President Trump’s favor. More Americans are concerned about the economy and keeping their current, or getting a new, job. They don’t especially blame Trump for the lockdown-induced economic contraction, and they think he’ll do a better job of righting the economic ship than Biden.”

Voter Enthusiasm Bodes Well for the President

Perhaps the most promising aspect the survey found was that 79 percent of Trump supporters are enthusiastic when it comes to voting for him, but only 41 percent of Biden supporters feel enthusiastic about voting for him.

Last presidential election cycle, the mainstream media gave Hillary Clinton a 90+ percent chance of winning. The media is still reporting that Biden is well ahead of Trump in the polls, but this poll shows the reality that Trump may very well be sitting pretty.
