Shop NowIn an attempt to show Israel that they’re not out of the fight, Hezbollah attacked Benjamin Netanyahu’s summer home. He wasn’t there. That isn’t stopping them from calling it an attempted assassination. IDF Officials didn’t miss the fact that the drone managed to perfectly evade their defenses.
Hezbollah scores a hit
Hezbollah rockets set off air raid sirens all over Israel, especially in “the main city of Tel Aviv.” That’s nothing new but the wave of incoming threats were meant to cover a drone with an extra special target.
The goat humpers used three drones for redundancy and one of them made it through successfully. It damaged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s “holiday home in the country’s north.” It’s located in the town of Caesarea.
According to an Israeli spokesman, Netanyahu was not in the vicinity and there weren’t any casualties. “The two other drones were intercepted.”
Official sources confirm that “a total of 55 rockets were fired across northern Israel from Lebanon, injuring at least 13 people.” Hezbollah is clearly responsible.
Ever since last October, the Iranian sponsored extremists have been lobbing rockets and artillery shells across the border for fun. Hezbollah hasn’t been able to keep a commander in office for more than a few hours before they need a new replacement lately. They wanted to show the world that they aren’t out of the fight yet.
Palestine favoring Al Jazeera reports “while little is known about the attack on Netanyahu’s residence due to restrictions imposed by the Israeli military,” their reporter “had received confirmation that the drone attack did hit the prime minister’s house.”

Where power is concentrated
The whole idea behind the strike for Hezbollah was to get the most bang for their buck. “This is an area where a lot of power is concentrated,” their correspondent informs.
“The fact that a drone was able to go undetected 70km from the Lebanese border, no sirens went off, and it struck the intended target, that has caused a lot of concern in Israel and in the Israeli security establishment.”
To get the drone through the Iron Dome defenses took “a large volley of rockets.” Hezbollah used them as “decoys to launch the drone attack on Netanyahu’s house.” They activated every siren “across northern Israel, including the cities of Galilee and Haifa.”
That last one happens to be “the largest city in northern Israel and is seen as a strategic port city that is home to 300,000 people and the country’s naval headquarters.”
To Israel, this is nothing but more justification to roll the tanks right past the UN peacekeepers and start leveling Beirut to match Gaza. Hezbollah is clearly nervous.
They wanted to make a substantial show of force. While they managed to score a point by hitting Netanyahu’s vacation home, on the whole it wasn’t significant enough to make a difference.
