Popular Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz spearheaded a criminal referral against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg for making incorrect statements to Congress while under oath.
Facebook Corruption Exposed
Project Veritas exposed Facebook with an undercover investigation and found Zuckerberg’s employees were shown to be wholly anti-Trump and anti-conservative.

Gaetz pointed to Project Veritas’s investigation in his letter to U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, which featured two whistleblowers who shed light on the corrupt social media platform. Project Veritas captured some employees discussing how they attempt to ban any pro-Trump content from the platform, Breitbart reported.
Gaetz Takes on Zuckerberg
In a press release Gaetz said:
During a hearing of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and also a joint hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, Mr. Zuckerberg repeatedly and categorically denied his company engaged in bias against conservative speech, persons, policies, or politics and also denied that Facebook censored and suppressed content supportive of President Donald Trump and other conservatives.
In June of 2020 however, Project Veritas published the results of an undercover investigation featuring two whistleblowers who worked as Facebook’s “content moderators,” revealing that the overwhelming majority of content filtered by Facebook’s AI program was content in support of President Donald Trump, Republican candidates for office, or conservatism in general.
Oversight is an essential part of Congress’ constitutional authority,” Congressman Gaetz states in the letter. “As a member of this body, I question Mr. Zuckerberg’s veracity, and challenge his willingness to cooperate with our oversight authority, diverting congressional resources during time-sensitive investigations, and materially impeding our work. Such misrepresentations are not only unfair, they are potentially illegal and fraudulent.
Employees of Zuckerberg Hate Conservatives
One Cognizant employee, Daniel Will, stated on video: “I think they’re [Facebook] very biased with who they protect. They already shadowban, Facebook is notorious for it. They say they don’t, but it’s clear that people’s content doesn’t come up because its been de-filtered off the queue.”
Another video recorded a Cognizant employee stating, “if someone is wearing a MAGA hat, I’m going to delete them for terrorism.”

As Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook continue to censor conservatives, political leaders like Gaetz are taking action.
