Laura Loomer, a conservative congressional candidate who has faced unprecedented censorship, is surging in the polls.
Polling Is in Loomer’s Favor
Loomer is running for the GOP nomination in the 21st congressional district in Florida, where she currently has a 9-point lead over radical Democrat Rep. Lois Frankel, Breitbart News reports.
Independent voters comprise a large part of the district and are prone to support the Republican candidate, an internet poll from Loomer’s campaign reported. A whopping 64 percent of independent voters who engaged in the poll supported Loomer, with just 18 percent backing Frankel. Sixteen percent reported that they are still undecided.
Biased Censorship Envelops Loomer
This 27-year old free speech powerhouse has won the title of the most censored congressional candidate in the United States. Loomer has been banned from various Silicon Valley platforms and corporations, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, PayPal, Uber, Lyft, and Venmo.
Despite the almost incomprehensible obstacles she faces, her sheer determination and passion have pushed her into this position.
In November 2018, Loomer was banned from Twitter for criticizing radical Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar. Her tweet read: “Isn’t it ironic how the twitter moment used to celebrate’ women, LGBTQ, and minorities’ is a picture of Ilhan Omar? Ilhan is pro Sharia[.] Ilhan is pro-FGM[.] Under Sharia, homosexuals are oppressed &killed. Women are abused & forced to wear the hijab. Ilhan is anti-Jew.”
Twitter’s ban was just the first in a long line of censorship that Loomer has faced.
Support for Free Speech Is Still Strong
Loomer is a staunch Trump supporter, and the 21st district she is running to represent includes the areas of Delray Beach, Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach – the area where President Trump is a resident and can cast his vote.
A senior advisor to the 2020 Trump campaign tweeted a positive message to Loomer’s “impressive” poll numbers.

The chief strategist for the 2016 Trump campaign has joined forces with Loomer as her campaign strategist. Karen Giorno came out hard against establishment Republicans who have been relatively silent regarding Loomer’s campaign.
The young conservative influencer’s polling, fundraising, and media recognition have been exceptional, but the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) has yet to put Loomer on their “Young Guns” list, even though she has well outdone most of the candidates on the list.

“[Loomer’s] ability to generate media attention on issues that matter to district 21 voters is reflected in the new polling data that has Laura up 9 points against her radical, impeach-Trump, pro-Antifa, defund the police opponent, Democrat Representative, Lois Frankel,” Giorno said in a statement.
As a fellow free-speech proponent, Michelle Malkin has continually stood by Loomer, and has also called out Beltway politicians and hypocritical incumbents.

Well-known GOP strategist Roger Stone referred to her as ‘the Republican AOC,’ and also lent his support.
“She’s the Republicans’ AOC,” Stone told The New York Post. “She’s young. She’s energetic. She’s feisty. She’s anti-establishment, and she has an enormous national following, as does AOC, which can help finance a congressional race.”
Perseverance Overcomes Censorship for Now
With all the critics and obstructionists working against her success, Loomer still has a reliable and diverse support system backing her goals.
Loomer has faced an extreme uphill battle but has persevered to become a viable congressional candidate. She is a prime example of successfully fighting through extensive censorship that hinders those who go against mainstream liberal agendas.
