Imperial Leader Joe Biden and Palace Officials face a bunch of lawsuits for their reckless and job killing Palace Decree titled “Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis” Since they put “protecting public health” and “restoring science” in the title you can be assured that the body of the order will do the exact opposite. In government, the maxim is you put the controversial parts in the title where they do less harm than in the body.
Lawsuits in 12 states
A full dozen lawsuits are going on at the same time in states across America. Missouri led the way when their Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed his version on Monday.
The states are furious that the Palace Decree on climate will “have a serious economic impact across the country.” Arkansas, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah agree.
The Imperial Palace order was made, the lawsuits allege, without authority to “issue binding numbers for the ‘social cost’ of greenhouse gases to be used in federal regulations.” Palace officials sat around drinking latte’s and worked out the figures to be used for now. They call them “interim values.”
The inter-agency working group arbitrarily ruled that the “social cost” of greenhouse gas emissions should be fixed at: “$269 billion for carbon dioxide, $990 billion for methane, and $8.24 trillion for nitrous oxide – totaling approximately $9.5 trillion.”
The move just murdered industry, the lawsuits charge. As Missouri sees it, “regulations will suppress manufacturing and harm agriculture.” Hundreds of thousands of workers are looking at layoffs.
Under His Wisdom’s decree “which he didn’t have the authority to enact, these hard-working Missourians who have lived and worked this land for generations, could be left in the dust,” Schmitt argues. “The impact from the $9.5 trillion social cost of greenhouse gases will stretch farther than just Missouri.”
Every aspect of your life
Socially irresponsible liberals think they’re saving the planet from Waterworld but they want to do it by killing off all the humans. If not kill them off, then force them back to stone age technology. The lawsuits aim to stop that.
“In practice, this enormous figure will be used to justify an equally enormous expansion of federal regulatory power that will intrude into every aspect of Americans’ lives — from their cars, to their refrigerators and homes, to their grocery and electric bills.”
This is just another example which proves that we’re living in a post-constitutional society. We’re part of one big happy global government with wide open borders.
If the Constitution were still in effect, then Biden’s Imperial Decree “doesn’t have the authority to set values for the social costs of carbon, methane, and nitrous oxide that will be used by regulatory agencies.” These lawsuits will help to decide that issue.
If the conservative states aren’t successful in their lawsuits, then “It will be used to inflict untold billions or trillions of dollars of damage to the U.S. economy for decades to come.”
The evil Democrats want to crush every last trace of American nationalism from the face of the earth and regulating us into the dust is part of the evil plot.
