Remember when Donald Trump was in office, and all we heard were calls for then-Vice President Mike Pence to use the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office?
It was some of the most high-profile Democrats in Congress that were making those calls.
So, ask yourself a question… after Biden’s debate, why are they not calling for the 25th to be used against Joe Biden?
Should the 25th Be Invoked?
At the very least, Democrats should be asking for Biden to take and publish the results of a mental cognizance test as well as being tested for Alzheimer’s and dementia.
If he has nothing to hide, this could end this issue right now, but we all know that will not happen.
When Trump was in office and Dems accused him of going off the deep end, Reps. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Maxine Waters (D-CA), and Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) called for Pence to use the 25th to remove Trump, but not a single one of them is going to Kamala Harris to ask her to do the same against Biden.
The GOP is not backing down, however, as they are applying steady pressure to activate the 25th against Biden.
Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) stated, “Over the past 3 years, it has become painfully clear that our inaugurated President has slipped into a rapid decline.
“As a Christian principled nation, We the People must revere our elders and shelter them from unnecessary struggle and anguish.
“The 25th Amendment allows America to respond to this moment of crisis by gently removing President Biden from the world’s most powerful elected position.
“It’s the right thing to do, the Christian thing to do.”
The fact that Biden regularly refuses outside medical testing is bothersome considering what we have all seen.
I don’t know if or how Congress can force this issue, but something needs to be done to prove that Biden is fit for office, and it cannot be his personal physician or the White House physician who makes that call.
We need a true expert in this field to evaluate Biden and publish the results for the American people to see.
