Shop NowMere days after the Biden-Harris regime announced they would form a “commission to reform the Supreme Court” Democrat-Socialists in Congress showing impatience with the White House decided to up the ante. Congressmen Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Hank Johnson (D-GA) and Mondaire Jones (D-NY) have sponsored a stunning bill in The House with the support of Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) packing four seats into the Supreme Court bringing the bench to a total of 13 Justices, jumping the gun on Constitution-shattering changes Biden seemed to be slow-walking intentionally.
The brash move has done what Biden was likely hoping to avoid: it has alarmed and galvanized Congressional Republicans who have raised a rallying cry to stop all efforts to pack the court.

Democrat Pressure Is Building to Seize SCOTUS for the Left
Biden has a bit of a history with the concept of packing the Supreme Court that rightly leaves him open to recrimination for his blatant hypocrisy ( A “bonehead idea.” remember?) This would suggest that through is “commission” initiative he wanted to appear to slowly, organically and deliberately come to a decision on “reforming” (read: hijacking) the high court. It seems that the Progressive Democrat-Socialist far- leftists are now forcing his hand.

Congress seems to be responding to internal Democratic party pressure that has been mounting since the appointments of Justices Brett Cavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett which solidified the “conservative” side of the SCOTUS bench with six of nine seats.
The Intercept‘s Ryan Grim reported,
“After Trump’s nomination of Barrett, then-Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer faced pressure to stop her confirmation by any means necessary. When those myriad options fell short and Barrett was pushed through, the conversation turned to expanding the court.
“Not only do these extremist judges threaten more than a century of progressive achievements,” read a letter to Schumer by 20 New York elected officials, “they threaten to foreclose the possibility of any future progress under a Democratic administration.”
The stunning letter to Schumer also demands “Congressional Democrats must end the filibuster and pass legislation to expand the court. Should he win, Joe Biden must sign it into law.” they declare “This court is illegitimate, and must not be allowed to wreak misery on millions of Americans in service of a far-right minority and their corporate backers.”
They even add an implicit threat to Schumer should he refuse,
“We call on Senator Schumer to immediately, publicly support the expansion of the Supreme Court, to commit to bringing such legislation to a vote should Democrats recapture the majority, and to whip support for such legislation within his caucus.
Anything less is unacceptable, and we commit to organizing to hold him accountable should he fail to do so.”

This is a power-move to tilt the scales for the next century in Democrats favor. Four Biden-Harris appointees would provide an unassailable obstacle to any Constitutionality challenges raised to the court. HR1, the complete restructuring of the electoral system to prevent Republicans from ever regaining power would be unchallengeable. As would efforts to preserve the Second Amendment against HR 127 or SB7, the Democrats devastating two-hit knock-out to American’s right to bear arms.
If this effort to tilt the Supreme Court permanently is successful, then the Cold Civil War is over, and the patriots lose. The Trump administration will have proven to be the last bright flash before the darkness of Biden’s “long, dark winter”.
