Ruby Franke tries to turn the tables in a disgusting cop-out for her own unbelievable behavior. The viral mommy blogger is now trying to accuse her own children of sexual abuse after she has been arrested for the extreme child abuse she and her business partner committed.
Franke has been charged with six felony counts of child abuse after police found two children at her home who appeared malnourished and had open wounds and duct tape around their extremities. Franke was arrested on August 30th.

At a court hearing to determine where the children should be sheltered while she faces these charges, Franke accused her own children of being abusers. She claimed that one began watching porn as young as three years old, while another allegedly sexually abused a younger sibling for years before moving on to other family members and neighborhood kids. Her claims were not able to be proven in court, however; the judge ordered that the child must be placed in a home with no other children present.
The judge also did not accept an attorney’s request to hear the statement of one of the alleged victims’ mothers who was present in court during the hearing; instead, she said it could be brought up at a later date.

Franke is known for her strict parenting style which she documented on her YouTube channel “8 Passengers.” Her arrest has brought relief to some members of her family: Her oldest daughter Shari posted on social media that justice is being served and asked people to keep them all in their prayers but also respect their privacy going forward.
“We’ve been trying to tell the police and CPS for years about this, and so glad they finally decided to step up. Kids are safe, but there’s a long road ahead. Please keep them in your prayers and also respect their privacy,” she added.
Mediation hearings are scheduled for September 15th while pre-trial hearings will take place on September 18th – only time will tell what further developments this case brings forth.
