Two “top security officials” at USAID “were put on administrative leave Saturday night.” Apparently, Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency has been working overtime. On February 1, the U.S. Agency for International Development refused entry to DOGE investigators who wanted to look over their books. While nobody was around to interfere and get in their way.
USAID officials thrown out
Two top USAID security officials have been locked out of their offices. That’s what they get for interfering with a Trump ordered investigation. Elon Musk sent a team to look over the books and they were denied entry.
Both sides called the cops and DOGE came out the winner. Democrats are running in circles, screaming, but there’s not much else they can do.
Sources inform the network media that “personnel from the Musk-created office physically tried to access the USAID headquarters in Washington, DC, and were stopped.” They weren’t taking no for an answer.
“The DOGE personnel demanded to be let in and threatened to call U.S. Marshals to be allowed access.” They did more than threaten and Marshals were soon on the scene.
Liberals at the Democrat money laundry were terrified because “DOGE personnel wanted to gain access to USAID security systems and personnel files.” It’s okay, the investigators supposedly assured. They have all the clearance they need.
“Two of those sources also said the DOGE personnel wanted access to classified information, which only those with security clearances and a specific need to know are able to access.” They have a need to know.

DOGE allowed in
After the Marshals appeared, there were a flurry of hasty phone calls run through the White House switchboard. When everyone hung up, “the DOGE personnel were eventually able to access the headquarters.”
The USAID officials who tried to prevent it were told to go home and stay there. It’s not clear if the aid agency itself will continue to exist.
The incident underscores how DOGE will be exercising it’s “increasing authority over the federal government.” Trump intends to slash government spending to the bare bone.

“Reports that individuals without appropriate clearance may have accessed classified USAID spaces as well as American citizens’ personal information,” Democrat Senator Jeanne Shaheen complained. It’s not clear if they had proper clearance or not but they had authority to inspect the records.
Democrats “are seeking immediate answers about any implications for our national security and are bringing a group of bipartisan Senators together on this as soon as the Senate comes back tomorrow.”
They’ll have a hard time rounding up RINOs to support them on this issue. On Sunday, Musk responded to the incident, declaring “USAID is a criminal organization. Time for it to die.” There are plans to “fold it into the U.S. State Department.“
