Morgan was observed driving recklessly south on Coffee Pot Boulevard Northeast, approaching the Snell Isle Bridge.” Police moved in to head her off at the pass, it didn’t work. “Three officers made contact with her, requested her credentials, she refused, and fled the scene of the stop at a high rate of speed onto the racecourse.

By the time they were able to write up the paperwork back at the office, she was booked in on “two charges of felony fleeing and evading, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, driving recklessly, and resisting an officer without using force.

Disobeyed directions

By the time she made it to the intersection of Snell with Brightwater Boulevard, “a different officer attempted to pull her over, but she disobeyed his directions to stop.

She also allegedly waved a derisive hand gesture at police as she flew past “two marked patrol cars with their emergency lights on, as well as multiple caution cones.

She actually managed to make it to the intersection of Brightwater Boulevard and Lamara Way Northeast before police were able to finally “force” her to stop. That’s when “Morgan became hostile.

Just before the cops first saw her speeding along, “Morgan had hit a stop sign and damaged her back bumper after fleeing a collision.
