Conservatives in both chambers of Congress are reduced to begging the FBI to do their job. Iowa Senator Joni Ernst teamed up with House GOP Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik, of New York, to demand the bureau “start protecting Jewish students.” A good place to begin is at Columbia University. Last week students were earning extra credit by calling “for armed resistance and violence.” That used to be illegal. Back when America was great and laws were actually enforced.

FBI derelict in duty

Christopher Wray keeps insisting that the FBI can investigate more than just conservatives, Christians and Donald Trump. Their actions say the opposite. The Federal Bureau of Instigation doesn’t seem to mind “disturbing statements by a member of Columbia University Apartheid Divest.

Friendly little slogans like “Zionists don’t deserve to live” and “Be grateful that I’m not just going out and murdering Zionists.” For the record, “Zionism” is “Jewish nationalism, the movement which supported first the re-establishment of a Jewish homeland and now supports the continuation of a Jewish state in Israel.

The conservatives had a few choice things to say to James Dennehy, assistant director in charge of the FBI’s New York Field Office. They wrote him a terse letter on Monday. “Rarely has the FBI had such public and obvious evidence of potentially imminent violence,” they note.

Is Chris Wray waiting for it to ripen into another school shooting or what? “This cannot become another instance in which a terrible case of violence takes place at a school and the FBI issues a statement after the fact that the perpetrators were ‘on its radar,‘ but [it] did nothing.” Ouch!

Put simply, the writing is on the wall and you have no excuse. Do your job.” Not only is the writing on the wall, it’s been posted on the bulletin board for everyone to follow along.

The campus group slash terror cell CUAD “is comprised of about 116 student groups, many of which had been involved in the anti-Israel encampments at Columbia last spring.” Funded and professionally organized by Iran and the Ayatollah’s interests. The FBI isn’t interested in that aspect. They would rather help the Ayatollah.

Start protecting Jewish students. Start with Columbia University.

Any means necessary

To celebrate the day Palestinian paratroopers invaded Israel last year, slaughtering civilians and grabbing hostages, CUAD announced their full support for “liberation by any means necessary, including armed resistance.

If it were the Proud Boys saying that, they’d all be facing insurrection charges by nightfall. The FBI doesn’t seem to notice progressive protesters doing anything wrong.

In the face of violence from the oppressor equipped with the most lethal military force on the planet, where you’ve exhausted all peaceful means of resolution, violence is the only path forward,” the friendly Hamas supporters insist.

Long live Palestine, long live the Intifada, and long live the Resistance.” Just perfectly protected free speech, the FBI declares.

When Hezbollah sent missiles flaming down on Tel Aviv, CUAD called it “a significant act of resistance.” But not significant enough for their tastes. That should be a big clue but the bureau doesn’t think so. “The FBI needs to stop sitting on its hands and start protecting Jewish students,” Ernst told the press.

When someone tells you who they are, believe them. The CUAD leaders are openly calling for the murder of Jews and celebrating Hamas terrorist attacks. These are credible threats, and the FBI needs to respond instead of waiting for a tragedy to happen.
