74 Percent of Republicans Vote to Ditch Mitch McConnell

The people have spoken!

A recent poll showed that 74 percent of Republicans want Senator McConnell (R-KY) removed from his position of leadership, something I completely support.

If you can believe it, more Republicans wanted him removed than Democrats.

Mitch Has to Go

McConnell clearly is in no position to do the job of the Senate leader right now.

He fell down during a luncheon and got a concussion.

Twice since then, he has frozen before the cameras.

Even Senator Rand Paul, who is also from Kentucky, does not buy the excuses that doctors are issuing to keep him in play.

Paul stated, “I practiced medicine for 25 years, and it doesn’t look like dehydration. … To me, it looks like a focal neurologic event.

“That doesn’t mean it’s incapacitating, doesn’t mean you can’t serve, but it means that somebody ought to wake up and say, ‘Wow, this looks like a seizure.'”

He can serve all he wants if Kentucky wants to keep him in office, but overall, we do not want to see him in leadership.

Every Senator who voted to keep McConnell as leader betrayed We the People, and they all must be held accountable.

They can still remove him, and if they don’t, we start talking about primarying them all the next time their seat comes up for re-election.
