The ICE deportation raids we’ve seen so far are only the beginning. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is taking a hands on approach to rounding up violent criminals. She recently donned official riot gear “to personally take part” in the migrant rodeo. In that particular roundup, agents lassoed “a violent Tren de Aragua ringleader” hiding out in New York City, along with other “career criminals.”
ICE cracking down
ICE agents are cracking down hard on violent migrant criminals. They made Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gangsters a top priority. Ten of their leaders were nabbed nationwide. On Tuesday, January 28, recently confirmed Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem personally led her troops into battle.
We the People approve of her performance a whole lot more than that of her predecessor, Alejandro Mayorkas. He was an actual threat to national security, Republicans insist.
Following a “a pre-dawn operation that netted authorities a violent Tren de Aragua ringleader and other ‘career criminals‘ hiding out in New York City,” Noem held a press conference. “We’ve just gotten started,” the secretary told Sean Hannity and his viewers on FOX.
The current count, as of this writing, stands at more than 4,000 arrests since President Donald Trump was inaugurated. ICE is updating the numbers daily.
Noem’s mission is crystal clear. “We are picking up the worst of the worst in this country.” For starters. Tuesday’s operation wasn’t just a photo-op, she insists. She “absolutely” plans “to partake in future immigration raids.”
She got a major rush of adrenaline putting on “a protective ICE vest as she embedded with officers from multiple federal agencies to hit targets across all five boroughs of New York City.”

No sanctuary here
Noem was particularly proud of the criminal she helped capture. “We did encounter and incarcerate a Tren de Aragua member — one of the ringleaders,” the former governor of South Dakota bragged. ICE nabbed 25-year-old Anderson Zambrano-Pacheco.
He left the sanctuary of Aurora, Colorado after police swore warrants out for his arrest there. He’s allegedly one of those involved in the infamous apartment complex takeover. He didn’t find much sanctuary in New York, either.
“He had warrants out for his arrest in Colorado,” Noem confirmed. “In fact, he was one of those that we saw on some of the video from that apartment building that they had taken over and had perpetuated so much violence there.”

That means, she grinned, “this was a good morning for our agents.” Border Czar Tom Homan has been keeping the ICE agents hopping in Chicago and a few other hot spots.
The fugitive Noem and the unit she was with actually, “tried to buy some grenades” and took part in a “gun buy” before he was apprehended. Allegedly. “We talk about families that are losing their kids to violence. Losing our next generation of Americans to drugs. These folks are perpetuating that,” she added.
New York City natives are cheering in approval. ICE has one message to send illegal criminals. “If you’re an illegal and if you’re dangerous, we have a target on you, and you will not be welcome. And we will remove you and have consequences.“
