The FBI is using a recently published report to misdirect the public with disinformation. The idea is to convince America that the Federal Bureau of Instigation wasn’t behind the riot on January 6, 2021 and subsequent breach of the Capitol Building. That isn’t quite what the findings say.

FBI claims no agents

The FBI can proudly proclaim that evidence proves there wasn’t a single bureau agent present. Only their paid informants attended the big January 6 barbarian invasion of the Capitol Building.

The report carefully doesn’t mention a single word about PsyOp Captain Emily Rainey, who had been assigned to the 4th Psychological Operations Group at Fort Bragg. Or the more than 100 “friends” she bused to D.C. that fateful day.

Another thing that the report doesn’t touch on is the role of federal agents ahead of the big riot. By carefully quoting the Just Us Department findings, the bureau claims total innocence of everything.

More than two dozen FBI informants were in Washington DC ahead of the riot,” federal instigators admit, “but no full-time undercover agents were present or took part in the riot itself.” They don’t admit what agents did take part in.

Not one of the bureau’s paid rats were officially authorized to “enter the Capitol or join the riot.” They did that on their own.

The DOJ report does note that “the FBI failed in the ‘basic step‘ of adequately using its field offices across the U.S. to gather intelligence that could have predicted the riot.” Some say that’s because they were secretly behind getting conditions right for the riot to start spontaneously. With a little help from Fort Bragg, maybe.

Fringe conspiracy theory

Those three little words which Democrats use to make every annoying scandal go away are being used again here. House Republicans doing investigations of their own all have their tricorner tin-foil hats on too tight again, the DOJ implies.

Some on the right,” the report notes, “including House Republicans, have for years promoted a fringe conspiracy theory that the FBI helped to orchestrate the riot.” That’s true.

Just because there weren’t any “agents” on the ground when it started doesn’t mean they didn’t help engineer it, but they attempt to make you think it does. The FBI wants to shift the focus entirely to the “26 ‘confidential human sources‘ – or paid informants – who were in Washington on the day of the riot.

Three of them had orders to be there, “tasked with gathering information for domestic terrorism cases.” One of those entered the building. “The remaining 23 had not been directed to be in the area and did so on their own initiative.” They didn’t come up with that idea entirely on their own.

Some of the rats, under the direction of agents, “were in contact or traveling with members of far-right groups including the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.

None of the FBI “confidential sources who entered the Capitol or its environs were among those criminally charged with trespassing.” Meanwhile, Captain Rainey continues to insist, “I was a private citizen and doing everything right and within my rights.” So were her 100 or so friends on the bus up from Fort Bragg.
