The outburst came when he was talking about gun control and did not like what someone in the audience said.

I heard the speech, and from what I could hear, the man in the room was laughing at the stats that Beto was ripping off.
I highly doubt he was laughing at the idea that children had been killed.
Regardless, Beto called him out…
