Shop NowIsraeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is psyched about meeting with President Donald Trump in Washington. He was all smiles telling the press about the planned visit as he boarded a jet to D.C. The agenda will cover topics including “victory over Hamas, countering Iran and expanding diplomatic relations with Arab countries.”
Netanyahu first leader
Prime Minister Netanyahu made a big deal about his meeting being the first with a world leader since Donald Trump’s inauguration. The honor didn’t escape his attention. That goes to prove how solid the working relationship is between the two, he spelled out for reporters.
It’s a whole lot better than the one he’s had with Democrats, that’s for sure. Kamala Harris nearly started World War III the last time he visited America.
While Trump and Netanyahu will be planning the next steps in Gaza, U.S. and Arab mediators are tackling “the daunting work of brokering the next phase of an agreement to wind down the war in the Gaza Strip and release dozens of terrorist-held hostages.”
The moment the IDF stopped dropping bombs on them, Hamas started acting like they run the place again.
“Hamas, which has quickly reasserted its control over Gaza since the ceasefire took hold last month, has said it will not release the hostages slated to go free in the second phase without an end to the war and the full withdrawal of Israeli forces.”
Netanyahu has other plans. He’s confident that President Trump will be able to help move them along.

Israel still committed
In Israel, Netanyahu “is under mounting pressure from far-right governing partners to resume the war.” As soon as the first phase of the ceasefire ends in early March.
They remain totally committed to “victory over Hamas and the return of all the hostages captured.” Hopefully alive but they already know some will be coming home in bags.
Democrat media is going frantic because “it’s unclear where Trump stands in all this.” He hasn’t been unclear, it’s just that liberals can’t believe he can get away with doing what he’s been doing.

Trump “has been a staunch supporter of Israel, but has also pledged to end wars in the Middle East.” Netanyahu knows there’s no reason why he can’t do both. The prime minister had details for the Israeli press.
Besides getting back “all our hostages,” he promised his nation, they’ll be “dealing with the Iranian terror axis in all its components.” Hamas is only one proxy group of terrorist mercenaries on the Ayatollah’s payroll. Lebanon remains infested with Hezbollah, though their leadership has been systematically vaporized.
Over in Yemen, the Houthi’s have been doing their best to disrupt western interests in the Red Sea. By working together with Trump, Netanyahu expects to “strengthen security, broaden the circle of peace and achieve a remarkable era of peace through strength.“
