Chicago Democrat Alderman Raymond Lopez called her “a do-nothing presidential candidate who is a ‘failure‘ as border czar.” She’s been pretty much a failure at everything she’s done along the way but, somehow, manages to remain a popular failure. Like Gilligan on Gilligan’s Island.
Her record stinks
One Chicago Democrat had a few choice things to say about the record of failures Kamala Harris has racked up. Just because she’s giving the keynote address at the Democratic National Convention doesn’t mean Democrats are going to vote for her.
Alderman Raymond Lopez is torn between taking the safe way out and voting for none of the above. The alternative is biting the bullet and voting for Donald Trump. He admits, even Democrats were making money when he was in office.
The big hot button issue for Alderman Lopez is immigration. What Kamala allowed is outright invasion. He’s demanding answers.

“What about the last three and a half years when we had 10 million people manipulate our asylum process in order to gain access to this country?” His South Side neighborhood is more “crime-scarred” than ever. The record Kamala Harris left in Chicago is clear. Missing in action.
They aren’t even a border town but the migrants are taking the jobs from minority workers and jeopardizing their food stamp allotment. The gang bangers dealing drugs on the corner started using Latinos for target practice. “She has come to this city numerous times.” The record is clear.
Harris “never once visited any one of the city’s shelters. Never once brought money to help the city of Chicago offset the burden.” She didn’t even help Alejandro Mayorkas herd them through. Kamala “never once addressed the issue of how we are going to adjudicate these asylum claims quicker.”
Taken for granted
American citizens are struggling with the cost of living as Biden-Harris policies brought staggering inflation. Harris has a strong record of ignoring the issues while promising everything will be just fine.
“I have yet to hear anything that pertains to my communities or my concerns come out of our presumptive nominee’s mouth. And I, for one, am not being taken for granted.” More importantly, he’s warning, don’t count on his vote. At least Republicans are peddling law and order. Police might be worth a try to cut down on the murder rate. It worked before when the city had them.
“I want to see an explanation and a solution for how she’s going to move forward with addressing immigration,” Lopez said. “You cannot talk to me here in this room about how democracy is on the line when you’re ignoring the sovereignty of our nation.” Her record shows she can do that. She does it all the time.

Kamala doesn’t want America to be a sovereign nation. She wants wide-open border globalism. Brussels has been calling the shots for the past three-and-a-half years whether Democrats admit that or not. Nobody in the administration cares that Joe’s incompetent because they all know he’s not in charge of anything to start with. All he does is read the teleprompter, badly, and shovel down Ben & Jerry’s by the bucket.
Chicago, the alderman tells Kamala, “has been overwhelmed by illegal migrants who have streamed across America’s porous border with Mexico.” She should know that but doesn’t. Her job is to look like she’s doing something. She has staff to make it happen. None of them can stand her. Since she doesn’t know the number, Lopez reminds her “More than 38,000 have descended on the Windy City since 2022, with taxpayers on the hook for more than $300 million in related expenses.”
Her record says she’s going to either ignore it, make it worse, or both. The convention, he adds is nothing but a “beauty pageant of hypocrisy.” He doesn’t “want to hear about how we’re making love and joy possible, and there’s so much pain in our communities because of all the violence that goes unchecked and unaddressed by many of the Democratic leaders who are still afraid of the Black Lives Matter movement.“
