The conflict in Gaza has been escalating for weeks, with both sides feeling the devastating effects of the violence. The Israeli military is now approving plans for a ground operation to eradicate Hamas and restore peace and safety to Israel’s citizens. More than 4,800 people have been killed on each side since the war began, including at least 1,400 Israelis and 32 Americans.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared war on Hamas after they infiltrated Israel, killing countless civilians and launching thousands of rockets into residential areas. President Joe Biden has responded by pledging $100 million in humanitarian aid to Palestinians affected by the violence. As a result of this ongoing conflict, eleven Americans are feared to be held captive by Hamas.

This week alone, there have already been four attacks targeting Iraqi military bases that host U.S forces near Baghdad’s international airport and Ain al-Asad air base in western Iraq. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, but these dangerous acts of violence must be stopped if we want any hope of restoring peace in the region.

To make matters worse, Al-Naba magazine published an article calling for global attacks against Jews everywhere, from neighborhoods to nightclubs – further emphasizing how important it is for us to take action now before things get even worse. To protect Jewish lives across the world and end this brutal war in Gaza once and for all, we must support Israeli efforts to eradicate terrorism wherever it exists with whatever means necessary – whether its military victory or prayerful supplication – so that everyone can live free from fear again soon!
