Shop NowA group of “protesters” got physical with members of the mainstream media during the Minneapolis riots on the night of April 12, after the police shooting of 20 year old Daunte Wright.
The Riots
Minneapolis, where the George Floyd riots originated, is facing more riots after a police shooting of a black man who was resisting arrest.
“Hundreds gathered outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department Monday and defied curfew. They demanded justice for Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old Black man fatally shot by police during a traffic stop,” Fox News reported.
Police fired tear gas and threw flash-bang grenades into the crowd after giving them fair warning that they were violating curfew. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz had previously ordered a 7 p.m. curfew for Minneapolis, and had deployed the National Guard to quell riots.
The police repeatedly told the crowd to “move back,” but the crowd refused, responding with chants of “Hands up! Don’t shoot!”
Protesters Fight Reporters
The “protesters” reportedly pushed, shoved, and screamed at members of the fake news media who were there to cover the unrest.
“They’re firing tear gas at our homes!” yelled one rioter.
“You’re not welcome here! Go home! Get the F*** Out!” another rioter screamed at a journalist.
“Take it easy, please!” a reporter with MSNBC begged. “We want to tell the world what’s going on out here!”
In reality, the media doesn’t want to tell the world what is going on at these riots. There’s evidence to back this up. Searching for “riots” on Google will bring up stories about the storming of the Capitol on January 6, or stories about historical riots, but what is currently happening in Minneapolis is hidden from the news.
During his live Timcast IRL broadcast on the evening of April 12, Tim Pool pulled up the Google searches and compared them with results from another search engine, DuckDuckGo. Pool also shared a tweet from Luke Rudkowski showing the same results:
We were trying to pull stories for last nights IRL podcast and google wasn't giving them

Despite refusing to cover the truth about the riots, it’s obvious that the media knows how violent and dangerous they are. We all remember the famous CNN clip of a journalist standing in front of burning cars with the caption reading “Fiery but mostly peaceful protests after police shooting.”

The media and their political allies in the Democrat Party are continuing that same narrative now.
Tim Pool shared another tweet from the mayor of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, where the most recent police shooting occurred, which read: “Earlier this evening I had the opportunity to go talk to these peaceful protesters. I assured them we are working collaboratively with all involved agencies & will get to the bottom of this. Our city is calm now, thank you all who came out to peacefully protest then went home.”
The problem with the mayor’s tweet is obvious, and Pool points it out: “He’s wearing a ballistic helmet to talk to peaceful protesters.”
