James Russell Davis is a marine who served his country between October 1994 and June 1996. The 47-year-old Virginia native is the latest in a long list of political prisoners to plead guilty to charges connected to the Capitol protests.
Left-wing studies that have popped up since the January 6th protests have made the case that America’s military personnel, especially those who still believe in the Constitution are prone to extremism. These same left-wing activists believe that Republican lawmakers are hindering the Biden administration’s attempts to root out extremism in the military.

Prosecutors claim Davis engaged in physical altercations with police on U.S. Capitol Grounds. A montage of social media posts and police body cam footage compiled in Davis’s affidavit depict him leading a throng of rioters as it confronted law enforcement on the Capitol’s lower west terrace. However, like many of these court cases, Davis’ trial does not take into account that new evidence discovered by John Solomon at Just the News proves that a majority of the video and body cam footage from Jan 6th was doctored.
“I fought for this country, I fought for this country, what the fuck are you doing,” Davis is allegedly recorded screaming. New evidence shows that a majority of the Capital footage was dubbed over according to a John Solomon report.
