White House Team in Shambles, ‘Constant Fear of Backstabbing’

The office and staff of Kamala Harris is going through a full reset after a year of slow-motion implosion that has seen staffers at each other’s throats as trust erodes and Harris’ staggering lack of management skill rise to the top of the news cycle in spite of the mainstream media’s attempt to muzzle the story. The inner workings of the White House are in absolute shambles. Symone Sanders, the public face of Harris’ team is now abandoning ship with The Hill’s sources indicating that the departure is due to “public stumbles, a streak of bad press and staff squabbling, particularly in the communications office,”

According to The Hill,

“No one seems happy,” said one source close to the vice president’s office.

“They had to turn over the office,” said one Democratic operative familiar with the dynamics in the vice president’s office. “Too much dissatisfaction.”

One source with knowledge of the situation said staffers in the communications shop were “tripping over” each other. “There was no real flow chart. I think there was a constant fear of backstabbing.”

The departure of Sanders is just one of several, with two additional press aides departing in the next few weeks. Peter Velz, Harris’ Director of Press Operations, and Vince Evans, Deputy Director fo the Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs are both planning their departures soon. Communications Director Ashley Etienne is already set to leave at the end of the year. According to reports, with contradictory titles and overlapping areas of responsibility clouding the ability of the Vice Presidential staff to operate effectively with one source reporting that Sanders a title that’s a rival to the communications director … So who was managing Symone? Ashley wasn’t managing Symone. Symone was managing Symone.”

“It’s obvious things aren’t in a great place, so I understand the urge to sub in a new team but that misdiagnoses the problem,” said one source familiar with Harris’s operations. “The problem is there has never been a coherent strategy. It has always been an operation that lurches from one chaotic moment to the next.”

As Harris’ Office Descends Into Shambles The Press Deflects

As Kamala traveled to North Carolina to campaign with Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg the mainstream media instead leaned hard into a narrative of speculation about the rivalry between the two Democrats and a possible 2024 run, this is spite of the fact that polls have shown both potential candidates perform underwhelmingly in any possible race.

RightWing News Hour wrote, “According to a recent Hill-HarrisX poll, 36 percent of Democrats polled are “unsure” of who they would support if Biden isn’t an option. Only 13% would support Harris and a mere 10% would support Fmr. First Lady Michelle Obama, the second option on the poll. Every other candidate received less than 5% support. This included such notable names as Senators Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Cory Booker, Fmr. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Andrew Yang, and Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg.”

So all in all, any rivalry between Harris and Buttigieg would seem pretty irrelevant given that they have a combined polling impact of a whopping 18%, the disintegration of the inner workings of the Biden-Harris regime are far more important… which is why the mainstream will do anything to avoid talking about it.
