Trump Co-Defendant CAVES… He Just Made a Deal

The first co-defendant of Donald Trump’s has rolled over in the Georgia RICO case.

Scott Hall has pleaded guilty in exchange for a plea deal from Fani Willis.

He is the first guilty plea of the case.

Time to Move On

Hall is a bail bondsman who had traveled to Georgia to try to help Trump investigate the alleged election fraud.

His attorney, Jeff Weiner, stated that Hall “believed a lot of the things that Donald Trump and others in his camp were saying and so he got involved to find out for himself what was going on.

“My client was a very curious patriotic American.

“He regrets that he got involved with all that.”

He added, “I am convinced that he had no criminal intent.

“I am absolutely certain that he is a good man.”

Hall pleaded guilty to five counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with the performance of election duties.

He was facing seven felony charges.

According to his attorney, he pleaded guilty just so he could get on with his life and put this past him.

As part of the deal, Hall is now considered a cooperating witness and he must testify if the state decides to call on him in other cases.

Hall will not serve any jail time as a result of the plea deal.

He has been sentenced to five years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and $5,000 in fines.
