I wish I could say I was shocked at the report you are about to read, but it seems to be the norm these days.
Reports have now surfaced that Nadine Arslanian Menendez killed a man with her car, but was never charged.
Police reports at the time claimed that the man, Richard Koop, was jaywalking, so she was not found to be at fault.
The Coverup
Nadine Arslanian Menendez is the wife of Senator Robert Menendez, but she was only Nadine Arslanian at the time of the “accident,” as they were still dating.
Arslanian hit a man with her car, and according to dashcam footage, another man showed up not long after the incident.
He was a retired police officer, but he was there at the behest of “favor” for a friend.
Arslanian was never given a DUI test, and police released her from the scene after she gave a quick statement.
Now, this is where it gets really interesting.
About a month later, when Menendez was meeting with Wael Hana and Jose Uribe, two of his co-defendants in the bribery case, Arslanian mentioned that she no longer had a car.
A few days later, Hana shows up with the keys to a new Mercedes for her.
The caveat was that Menendez needed to do a favor for Uribe.
The indictment stated, “In exchange, MENENDEZ agreed and sought to interfere in the NJAG’s criminal insurance fraud prosecution of an associate of URIBE and a related investigation involving an employee of URIBE.”
Cover up a murder to strong-arm a prosecutor and get a $60,000 car… what a deal.
Congress might as well be La Cosa Nostra because that is how they operate.
