This week, House Speaker McCarthy (R-CA) confirmed that he will be removing Rep. Swalwell (D-CA) from his committee assignments.
Most will call this a revenge move on McCarthy’s part.
That, however, is not the case.
Not Worthy
McCarthy was privy to the FBI briefing on Swalwell’s past relations with a Chinese spy.
He stated, “If you got the briefing I got from the FBI, you wouldn’t have Swalwell on any committee.
“And you’re going to tell me other Democrats couldn’t fill that slot?
“He cannot get a security clearance in the private sector.
“So would you like to give him a government clearance?”
Swalwell has since taken to social media to whine and call McCarthy a liar, but nobody is believing it.
The problem is being exacerbated by a few whackos that are sending him death threats.
So, Swalwell is now blaming that on McCarthy and trying to paint the entire right as whacky extremists.
