On Saturday, while visiting the hurricane ravaged state, she announced disaster relief money for radical Palestinians. “The people of Lebanon are facing an increasingly dire humanitarian situation.” The people of North Carolina can kiss her rear end. In all fairness, she did throw them a few scraps. Harris even helped pack them into bags at the donation center. FEMA is running around there doing something. They aren’t doing it in the town of Bat Cave, though. That’s a totally different story but you can bet Alejandro Mayorkas won’t be going there for a photo-op.
Kamala focused on Lebanon
Extreme MAGA Republicans are showing Kamala Harris no mercy after the way she threw herself off a political cliff. Her fatal announcement came from the middle of Hurricane Helene destruction on Saturday. She popped up in North Carolina allegedly to meet “with local officials to receive an update on Hurricane Helene recovery efforts.”
Her handlers made her speak with “several families impacted by the catastrophic storm.” After that tedious chore was over, she “helped at a donation center,” so they could get some good photos. The whole time she was there, her heart and mind were in Lebanon.
While she had the full attention of the press, Kamala surprised everyone by talking about Arabs. “Many Lebanese citizens have been caught in the crossfire as Israel bombards Hezbollah, a militant group, with missile attacks in and around the country’s capital, Beirut.” What? All the reporters gasped. What about American citizens?
They can take care of themselves. Just ask the residents of Bat Cave. FEMA was too fussy to drive around a “road closed” sign, so the locals rebuilt their own town. They have a few choice things to say about the feds we covered separately.
Kamala is “concerned about the security and well-being of civilians suffering in Lebanon and will continue working to help meet the needs of all civilians there.”
While North Carolina citizens get a case of bottled water and a ditty bag, “the United States will provide nearly $157 million in additional assistance to the people of Lebanon for essential needs such as food, shelter, water, protection, and sanitation to help those who have been displaced by the recent conflict.”
Campaign-suicidal post
Team Trump downplayed it with a chuckle. “tone Deafness runs in Washington,” Chris LaCivita, replied. They didn’t have to go for her throat this time because she cut it herself. Eric Daugherty of Florida’s Voice noted, “to be clear – Kamala Harris’ campaign-suicidal post this evening focusing on LEBANON while major disaster rescues and recovery are underway is an admission she is losing Michigan right now.”
The Palestinian majority of the state are writing in Rashida Tlaib because they’re ticked over her support of Israel over Hamas and Hezbollah.
Florida Senator Rick Scott suggested “if we renamed Florida and North Carolina to Lebanon and Ukraine, maybe Kamala Harris would send disaster relief faster.” Joe and Kamala’s handlers are going spastic trying to spin the FEMA budget both ways.
They have the money but they don’t have the money so they need more. Congress is being mean by not coming back from vacation to throw money at disaster relief. The fact checkers have their facts twisted up in knots.
The real story, which Kamala Harris is sidestepping like she’s on DWTS, is that Congress gave FEMA the year’s disaster relief money and Alejandro Mayorkas used it to pay for migrant processing. When California’s arson fire season kicked off, Cueball whined for money so he could pay the fire fighters. Congress took pity on him and re-funded his disaster money as part of the last budget deal.
As soon as Helene hit, Mayorkas and Joe Biden were out whining that they don’t have enough disaster relief money so they need more. At the same time, both of them continued to insist that they have plenty of resources for Hurricane Helene, and they’re being deployed now. The bottom line is Mayorkas has the money but he wants to spend it on migrants, while Kamala cares more about Lebanon than America.
