Shop NowDonald Trump just got a little more bad news on the legal front.
A former aide working with Trump’s campaign has just rolled over.
Michael Roman is now reportedly cooperating with officials in the election probe.
Just Gets Worse
The biggest obstacle in the way for Donald Trump is his legal problems.
While they seem to have energized his base, there are other voters waiting in the wings to see what will happen before committing to him.
These are not voters that Trump will need to win a primary, but he will definitely need them to win a general election.
On that front, the news just got worse for Trump.
Michael Roman, the Trump re-election campaign’s director of Election Day operations, has entered into an agreement with prosecutors in the special counsel’s office.
Roman was front and center in the effort to put forward a slate of “fake electors” to help Trump.
To this point, Trump has painted this as a rogue effort that he knew nothing about.
Roman could possibly destroy that narrative and paint Trump into a corner.
So far, Roman has refused to implicate Trump in the scheme, but that could change if he has an agreement in place that would shield him from prosecution.
This is something that we have to keep an eye and you better believe has Trump on edge.
Trump has managed to be the Teflon Don to this point on this, but that could change rather quickly if Roman decides to completely roll over for the Feds.
