Reports began to flood in mid afternoon on social media and other channels.

The FBI and local task forces were able to triangulate the shooters location using advanced technology.
FBI assets are headed to the scene in Coeur d’Alene to provide tactical and operational support.

Gunfire was exchanged, but police were unable to identify what lead to the shooters death. Currently there is no information on who the shooter was or what their motives may have been.
