Governor Signs Law: People Fired for Refusing to Take the Jab Will Win Big

The great state of Iowa has taken a stand that they will protect American citizens whose employers attempt to coerce them to unwillingly take the COVID mRNA treatment or vaccine, should these citizens lose their jobs for refusing to sacrifice their principles. Iowa’s Governor Kim Reynolds signed a new law into effect which creates an exception to the rules for individuals claiming religious or medical exemptions from employer-based COVID19 vaccine mandates. The law: House File 902, passed the Iowa legislature with overwhelming support in the Senate with a  45-4 margin and in the House 67-27. According to The Daily Iowan, “The bill allows an employee to claim a medical or religious exemption to an employer’s vaccine mandate, and it doesn’t require that a medical exemption be granted or approved by a medical professional.”

In an official statement, Gov. Reynolds told the press,

“This is a major step forward in protecting Iowans’ freedoms and their abilities to make healthcare decisions based on what’s best for themselves and their families. This legislation also gives employees the assurance that they will still receive unemployment benefits despite being fired for standing up for their beliefs.

“As I’ve stated publicly numerous times, I believe the vaccine is the best defense against COVID-19 and we’ve provided Iowans with the information they need to determine what’s best for themselves and their families, but no Iowan should be forced to lose their job or livelihood over the COVID-19 vaccine.

“This is only the first step. We will be taking other legal actions against the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate.”

Not resting on her laurels, Gov. Reynolds later that same day, announced that Iowa is joining nine other states in a federal lawsuit against the Biden-Harris regime’s vaccine mandate impacting federal contractors in a video posted to Twitter. Reynolds further promised that this wouldn’t be the last legal challenge to Biden, should he continue this course of action that “pits Americans against Americans and it will only worsen the workforce shortage and supply chain issues that hinder our economic recovery,”

More States Support Americans Refusing Vaccine Mandates

Iowa joins Missouri, Nebraska, Alaska, Arkansas, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming in this legal action “to challenge Defendants’ [Biden’s] use of federal procurement statutes to create sweeping new power to issue decrees over large swaths of the U.S. economy and take over areas of traditional state power.” Attorney General of Arizona Mark Brnovich also announced that Arizona has launched a separate lawsuit against the administration on September 14th, just days after Jen Psaki stunned half the nation by flippantly telling Fox New’s Peter Doocy that he was “correct” when he asked, “It is a requirement for people at a business with more than a hundred people but not for migrants coming over the border, Why?”  As more states stand in defiance of Washington, D.C. it becomes clearer and clearer, that Biden and the Democrats don’t have the mandate of the American people to govern.
