Senator John Fetterman’s chief of staff is currently sitting in hot water over some past tweets regarding former President Donald Trump’s cognitive ability.
As most are aware by now, Fetterman has been recently hospitalized for clinical depression after he suffered a severe stroke while campaigning for the senate seat last year in May.
Sadly, Fetterman’s wife made the decision to flee to Canada with his children shortly after his hospitalization, leaving the current senator to manage his health issues alone.
While this happens, Fetterman’s chief of staff, Adam Jentleson, posted some tweets in the past about Trump’s mental fitness…and they are now coming back to haunt him.
Back in 2017, Jentleson posted, “This man is not mentally fit to be POTUS. People are suffering.” Earlier that year, he posted a similar tweet saying that Trump’s mental health was “a matter of national security.”

The reason these tweets have resurfaced is due to Fetterman’s recent health issues, which put him under scrutiny for his mental fitness for the job as a senator.
So of course, many are questioning why Jentleson is not expressing the same concerns about Fetterman that he did with Trump?
Jentleson has claimed previously that he is concerned with making sure elected officials have the mental fitness required to do their jobs. However, him serving as chief of staff for a senator whose mental health is questionable certainly has raised some concerns about his motives.
Additionally, when we consider current President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline, why would it be fair to question Trump’s mental health but not Biden’s or Fetterman’s?
It’s clear to tell that if Biden and Fetterman continue doing their jobs that they are not mentally well-suited for, the country will continue to suffer.
